Mari, Sophia, and I were itching to go diving, and a night dive in Playa is always a good time. Santiago was a great instructor and dive master and made sure we were all comfortable and technically proficient before going down. Cenotes are flooded cavern systems formed by the typical crystalline underground rivers of the region. Tanks, weights and purified water. Of course, I am shooting with a wide-angle lens, so I will not get anything extraordinary from them.
